Hypersonic 2 Automations with Cubase SX3

Hello guys! I have a question. I have the Cubase SX3, and i recently bought the Hypersonic 2, and i have a problem here.

The thing is that wen a record something with the hypersonic 2 in a MIDI Track, everything records well, but the problem is that i want to automatize the Hyperknobs channels, and there is 2 forms to automatize, one is thru the MIDI Note Editors way, but i want to automatize by the other way of automation, the way of the "blue lines with dots" u know what I mean, and the thing is that I have a midi-controller(EDIROL PCR 300) and try to assign by the Generic Remote options the "HyperKnobs Channels", but it dont appear on the option of the generic remote configuration. I dont know if I explained my self... simply is that i try do Mapp the knobs from the Hypersonic2 with my keyboard, and the response of the automation that i get using the keybord is on the MIDI Note Editor ones, and i simply want it with the other one. Thats normally the way i get used to configure in the generic remote configs.
