To the Mods, re Cubasis support

Hi Moderators, great to see the VST forum still alive and kicking!

Can you clarify if this is also the official support forum for Cubasis VST?
In the old VST forum, a vast proportion of the posts were from Cubasis users, unaware of the existence of the official Pinnacle Cubasis forums.

Many of these posts would go by unanswered, with no-one able to help.

Obviously Cubase users can try our best to help our Cubasis friends, but even experienced Cubase VST users can only offer so much help for an app which they've probably never used.

Perhaps at the very least, a sticky with a link to the official Cubasis support area might be an idea?

I am sorry to say that but no: No Cubasis support - this product was taken over to Pinnacle two years ago, they have to support it, also still after the Yamaha takeover of Steinberg.

I think a link to the real Cubasis support forum is a good idea.

The Cubasis users are often newbies who may not know the difference between Cubase VST and Cubasis VST. They typically need very specific help how to configure or exact details on how to do something that Cubase users can't provide.
