| I want to upgrade from groove agent 2 to GA3 but there is no upgrade on the Steinberg website shop. And I can't find it in any other online shop. Only upgrade available is GA1 to GA3. Have I missed some unfortunate announcement from Steinberg regarding this? Please tell me that it is just me not finding it. |

Thank you Guillermo for your quick reply. I know I have to choose Update from groove agent 2. The fact is that when I choose it I can't see any update price and I can't proceed with the purchase. It works if I choose upgrade from GA1. I thought it could be my browser and I tried Firefox and Explorer on PC and Safari on Mac. Same result.
Is there a problem with the website?

| What? Today the Steinberg web shop tells me that the GA2 to GA3 update is not available in my country (UK)! It is available only for USA! I really hope there is something wrong with the website. |

Apparently I am right. Steinberg has confirmed that the GA2 to GA3 upgrade is not available anymore in Europe. What is that suppose to mean? Sold out they said! What does it mean sold out! It is a peace of software! Just make it available. I am really disappointed. I just upgraded to wavelab7. I was about to upgrade my Nuendo4 to Nuendo5. Well, I will think about it. Now I have to look around for another drum. I am not going to pay a full price for GA3 having GA2.
I really don't get it. |

Get someone you know in the US to buy it & post it to you?
It is a very bad decision though.

Thank you for bringing that up, the correct answare is that that upgrade is not available any more in Europe as we are out of stock.

Out of stock! How can you run out of stock of a piece of software? There is obviously something more about it.
